WANG Liqiu, Phd. Candidate, comparative politics, school of international studies, Peking University. I’m interested in Islamic Studies, in connection with South Asian Studies, Middle East Studies, focusing on the anthropological and historical approaches. I also love critical theory and radical philosophy and I’ve introduced and translated many left thinkers into Chinese. Currently I’m preparing my dissertation on the political thought of the famous Arab thinker, Al-Farabi.
