He is from Nanfeng, Jiangxi, graduated from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University. He used to work in Yen Yangchu Rural Reconstruction College, Guoren urban-rural cooperative. He is the co-founder of Beijing Little Donkey Farm, now general manager of Little Donkey Farm. Since 2012, He started “Devotion to Homeland” project, now the chief director of Beijing Aiguxiang Cultural Development Centre.
江西南豐人，2004年從西北農林科技大學畢業後，先後參與了晏陽初鄉村建設學院、國仁城鄉互助合作社和北京小毛驢市民農園的創辦與運營工作。2012年參與發起全國“愛故鄉計畫”，現為北京愛故鄉文化發展中心總幹事，北京小毛驢市民農園總經理。
