杨帅，男，北京理工大学人文与社会科学学院副教授，管理学博士，政治经济学博士后，曾在印度中国研究中心（ICS）做访问研究。 主要研究领域：乡村建设、农村金融。致力于推动县、乡、村三级生态资源开发体制机制建设，并主持和参与设计地方落地项目。在《人民日报》《管理世界》等刊物发表多篇学术论文。主持和参与10余项国家级、省部级课题。出版著作：《社区网络组织：小农户组织化的路径分析》、《“三农”与“三治”》（编著）。曾深入国内20多个省，以及印度的10余个村庄做田野调查。入选北京市国家治理青年人才培养计划。
Yang Shuai, Associate Professor, School of Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. Ph. D. in Management, and postdoctoral in political economy, Visiting Scholar of the Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS). Main research fields: rural construction, rural finance. He has published many academic papers in People’s Daily, Management World, and others. Undertaken several rural development-related issues.
