Program manager of Beijing Liangshuming Rural Reconstruction Centre. In 2010, participating in rural talents training program in Renmin University of China, during which, I did community work such as volunteer teaching, rural women activity room management, facilitate the women artistic group and the cooperative in Yan Chen, Jianshu and Shunping, Hebei. In 2011, I joined LRRC and am responsible for the National Cooperative Network training program in more than 10 provinces including Anhui, Henan, Dongbei, Shanxi, Ganshu, etc. From 2015, I am now a master student in school of agriculture economics and rural development, Renmin University.
北京梁漱溟鄉村建設中心項目幹事，2010年參加第六期中國人民大學農村人才培養計畫，在江蘇鹽城和河北順平駐點實習，在村裡開展支教、執行鄉村婦女活動室、婦女文藝隊、協助合作社開展資金互助等社區工作；2011年入職梁漱溟鄉村建設中心，開始負責全國農民合作社網路推廣培訓計畫，曾在安徽、河南、東北、陝西、甘肅等全國十幾個省份開展農民合作社的培訓，負責鄉村建設農民合作社培訓。2015年就讀中國人民大學農業與農村發展學院在職碩士。
