Luo Chia-Ling is a lecturer at the College of Economics (College of Strait Rural Development) in the Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University of China. She obtained her PhD degree from the Department of Applied Social Sciences of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research focuses on China’s ecological agriculture and rural reconstruction.
