周思中，曾任職綠色和平及香港獨立媒體網。2010年反高铁運動後，參與創辦「生活館」，學習有機耕種及建立食物社群。嶺南大學文化研究系博士，研究香港戰後農業發展。
Chow Sze-chung is a farmer and co-founding member of Sangwoodgoon Organic Farm and Sangwood Kids Club in Hong Kong, which serve local community by producing seasonal vegetables, 2 crops of rice annually and facilitating gardening activities/education for young kids. He received his PhD in Cultural Studies from Lingnan University, his research interest includes history of food and agriculture, regenerative agriculture, etc. He recently published a book about market gardening in Hong Kong.
