Sara HUGHES-MCLURE holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Her research focused on innovative development finance, with a particular interest in health. Currently, she works at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva as an Innovative Finance Officer, and previously she was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
