Marco ANGELO works as global health advocate at Wemos, a Dutch based global health advocacy organization based in the Netherlands. A medical doctor by training, after working as a physician for some years in both private and public hospitals in Italy and Uganda, Marco studied global health and switched to advocacy and research. Marco’s work focuses on the role of private finance in development, especially healthcare, and its effect on UHC and health justice.
