Psychologist and Anthropologist. Master in Sociology (Leuven, Belgium), Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming, Accredited Certified Meta-Coach and Neuro-Semantic/NLP Trainer, Certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics.
Fifty years of experience endorse Javier’s impact and leadership in the business, social and educational fields, contributing to the creation of a culture that transcends and generates results of well-being.
Chiapas was a milestone in Javier’s life. His experience with the indigenous communities, their worldview and needs, transcended in such important events as the First Indigenous Congress of Mexico in 1974; which gave voice to more than 300,000 indigenous people, through 1,600 leaders.
Co-Chair in Salzburg Seminar, “Leadership and Civil Society” (1997). Faculty Member, “The Independent Sector Building on the Past and Looking to the Future” (1999), with leaders from 65 countries of the world.
Awarded the 1st National Social Leadership Award by Share Foundation (2000)
He currently works in ” Educating Transforms Us”, creating innovative solutions for families and schools and offering coaching to companies.
