Jacqueline Yeo is co-founder of Plystudio Architects and registered architect in the UK With her partner Victor Lee, Plystudio Architects was formed 10 years ago. Dealing with various building types and scales, the practice recently completed the extension to the Rainbow Centre School at it’s Margaret Drive’s campus, and is currently also working with the school to develop a series of prototypical spaces that addresses the unique requirements of children with special needs.
As a complement to practice both founders have sustained interests in propagating design through writing, curatorial and other critical efforts. Jacqueline was a member of the curatorial team for Singapore’s contribution to the 6th International Architecture Biennale of Sao Paolo, Brazil, as well as editor of the accompanying book entitled ‘699.1’.
Jacqueline was a recipient of the Perspective Hong Kong’s 40 under 40 award amongst others. She is interested in the craft of building buildings with a specific focus on the materiality and technology of building.
