Fernando Huanacuni Mamani
Former Chancellor of Bolivia.
Born May 29, 1966; son of the Aymara nation. Lawyer by profession, university professor and researcher of the ancestral cosmovision and history of the original indigenous peoples. Author of the book: “Vivir Bien/Buen Vivir, Filosofía, Políticas, Estrategias y Experiencias de los Pueblos Ancestrales”. He was Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Plurinational State of Bolivia during the 2017 – 2018 administration.
