Ruan Guoqing / 阮國慶
阮國慶2014年畢業於西北政法大學，畢業後與社團同學先在西安建立勞工機構參與打工者的文化服務和集體討薪協助。2015年7月機構整體轉型成為陝西南山部落，來到陝西藍田秦嶺終南山下的村裡進行農民合作化和生態農業的創業，並持續跟進西安本地工農實踐類社團的成長。
Ruan Guoqing graduated from the Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2014. Together with his classmates, he first founded a labour organization, and later took part in workers’ cultural services and helped employees recover their wages. In July 2015, his organization was transformed into Tribe of Nanshan, Shanxi and began to be based in a village at the Nanshan mountain. In the village, they encourage cooperation among peasants, began ecological agriculture and regularly watch the development of Local Worker-Peasants’ Groups.
