何志雄，現任中國鄉村建設參與式保障體系（RRPGS）秘書長，目前主要推動鄉村建設青年人才培養和鄉村建設參與式保障體系，以及基層試驗經驗歸納總結和理論研究工作。
He Zhixiong is secretary-general of China Rural Reconstruction Participatory Guarantee System (RPGS), currently and mainly focusing on promoting youth training programmes of rural reconstruction and participatory guarantee systems of rural reconstruction, and conducting empirical research of grassroots experiments and related theoretical studies
